meenum Studio LLC (meenum Studio, meenumStudio) operates the meenumStudio.com website, which provides the SERVICE.
This page is used to inform the consumer of the required Terms of Service by which all customers and consumers of any service or product of meenum Studio LLC must comply.
The terms used in this TOS have the same meanings as in our Privacy Policy, which is accessible at meenumStudio.com/legal/privacypolicy, unless otherwise defined in this TOS.
Any and all persons utilizing, purchasing, interacting, or participating in any product or service of meenum Studio LLC agrees to these terms by using these products and services.
All purchases and sales on the meenum Studio LLC website are strictly as licenses for use unless otherwise explicitly expressed. (E.g. This product upon purchase becomes the IP of the customer).
meenum Studio LLC maintains ownership of all products and services and no other party shall attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, decompile, recompile, resell, transfer, or otherwise distribute or allow to be distributed by any individual other than a legal licensee of the product or service in question.
The consumer agrees to never sublicense or attempt to create a competing or replacement product specifically using a product from meenum Studio LLC. No software “paraphrasing”/creating derivative works or plagiarism is to be permitted.
No refunds shall be issued unless otherwise specified. Products are provided “as-is” and many products contain demonstrations or trial uses that should provide sufficient ability to review before purchase. Even in the case that a demo or trial is not provided, the customer assumes all responsibility for ensuring the applicability of the product or service before purchasing. Issues with software and other services should be addressed properly through bug reports and technical support.
Demonstrations (demos) and free trials are primarily full-fledged applications and use of the product to demonstrate full functionality. These demos are not for the purpose of indeterminate and unrestricted access of the software or service without a license. Any demonstration unless otherwise specified is for the sole purpose of evaluating the product or service until the user has been provided with sufficient information to either decide that the product is not satisfactory and should immediately cease use, or decide that the product does have a desired function and effect and must immediately seek to purchase a license on the website (meenumstudio.com) and cease all otherwise unlicensed use.
meenumStudio provides a suite of tiers and other marketing utilities such as in-store credit. Tiers and credits have specific behaviors and rules. In general, tiers provide a 'title' to the user which is stored on cloudflare and displayed on the account page of the website. These titles may or may not have 3rd party functionality in the future such as Discord integration to show for the rest of the server. Otherwise, these tiers/titles are not guaranteed to have any additional hidden or non-specified purpose beyond how they are described here and in the product descriptions.
Store Credit has the same purchasing power as USD but is given with the specific rule that credit is only usable on the described products. Credit is not intended and is forbidden to be used for the purchasing of other credits, tiers, titles, or generally any other non-product item. Credit is primarily intended for use in purchasing products such as Audiprism, other software and other downloadable content. Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Store credit cannot be converted directly into any other form of currency, digital or physical. It is expressely provided for the purpose of purchasing goods and services from (meenumstudio.com) within the provided rules and bounds of this agreement. Attempted or successful misuse of store credit may result in the revokation of store credit or denial of service.
meenum Studio LLC provides all products in services without any warranty of any kind in an “as-is” state. Quality assurance is genuine but issues shouldn't be unexpected as meenum Studio LLC is imperfect and cannot guarantee a perfect product. Development is continual until the retirement of a product after which it may or may not receive support. Products may unintentionally cause issues including but not exclusive to: crashes of meenum Studio LLC software, 3rd-party software (including DAWs or other host programs), drivers, and operating systems. meenum Studio LLC has tested all software and provides it with the intent to avoid these issues but software interaction is unpredictable and can still experience even tragic situations.
IMPORTANT: meenum Studio LLC requires all consumers to exercise caution and care in all use and assumes zero responsibility for harm or loss to persons or property.
Please exercise due caution especially with audio software as auditory artifacts are capable of damaging sound systems and hearing.
With these warnings, meenum Studio LLC declares that in no event shall meenum Studio LLC owe to the consumer any more than the paid-for service or product including in the case of damage, harm, or loss.
All of these terms are made under the governing laws of the State of North Carolina.
Should any clause or statement be found unenforceable in these Terms, it shall not invalidate any other clause or function and must be evaluated on a clause-for-clause basis and will remain in full force unless they should be legally rendered otherwise.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
If at any time the consumer no longer agrees or complies with any of the listed terms, they are required to immediately cease all use of any product or service provided by meenum Studio LLC and must delete and remove all software and services from their possession. meenum Studio LLC reserves the right to terminate access and licenses at any time upon breach of contract and/or terms.
